Abdominal pregnancy presents unique challenges in diagnosis and management. We present a case of abdominal pregnancy in a 30-year-old multiparous woman. The diagnosis was confirmed with an abdomino-pelvic ultrasound scan that revealed the gestational sac implanted within the peritoneal cavity at a gestational age of 18 weeks. Our report discusses the clinical presentation, diagnostic dilemma, and the successful management strategy employed, sheds light on the challenges of abdominal pregnancies and contributing valuable insights to existing literature.
